Our annual celebration of the country’s most influential, inspiring and impressive retail leaders is back. The Retail 100 returns for 2024 and with it comes 30 new entries, more industry disruptors and, unsurprisingly given current economic conditions, markedly more retail strategists than 2023.
These are the names making the first move in retail tech and digital innovation, the bosses pioneering sustainability advancements, the voice boxes speaking up for retail colleagues and customers, and the creative thinkers giving new meaning to what good CX looks like.
“We present a showcase of individuals leading 100 retailers and brands that are driving major changes across the industry”
Importantly, the Retail 100 is not a ranking, but a celebration of modern leadership and each leader featured warrants merit.
You will see retail leaders recognised whose businesses are facing challenges, yet all eyes are on them to see where their turnaround strategies go. Likewise, there are leaders at the helm of thriving retail organisations that we must look to for inspiration and insights as to what’s next.
Before you we present a showcase of individuals leading 100 retailers and brands that are driving major changes across the industry in 2024. Please join us in celebrating their contribution and collective achievements.
Methodology
Decided by Retail Week’s team of esteemed journalists, the Retail 100 was compiled based on the retail leaders making the biggest inroads across the following five categories. All profile information is correct as of May 27, 2024, and leaders have been thoroughly researched.
